Shipping & Exchanges Policy

 TopNotch Hair is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from the warehouse location. We encourage each and every customer to purchase insurance at checkout, to protect your purchase from any unforeseen events. If you opt out of purchasing insurance for your package; you are opting out of protecting your purchase. TopNotch Hair will not refund, or reship any order that shows as "delivered", or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. Please purchase insurance at checkout to protect you and your investment. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are absolutely NO RETURNS! (NO EXCEPTIONS)

About Returns


All Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

All exchanges must go through our exchange process which can take 5-7 days to process once we receive it. We do not process returns on weekends. Please plan ahead accordingly email us if you are in a hurry. 

What is the Exchange Policy?
We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible* returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Worn/tampered merchandise will not be refunded or eligible for an exchange & will be returned to you in the condition they were received.
 

 

How will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not worn or tamper with. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. 

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, final sale discontinued, and price matched items cannot be returned or exchange.

Order Status & Tracking Number

 

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. You will not receive a tracking number same day give us 72 hours to update you on your ordered we do not control any shipping once your order leave our system. We do not control how long (FED EX, UPS,DHL ) DELIVER at their on pace or any delay. Automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided after an order has been placed. If you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order, please contact us.
